2004 Kansas Energy Plan

The Kansas Energy Plan 2004 was delivered to the Governor, Legislature, and the Kansas Corporation Commission at the beginning of the legislative session on January 12, 2004, as specified in Executive Order 2002-4.

In subsequent weeks, Dr. M. Lee Allison, SERCC Chair, presented an overview of the energy plan to the Kansas House Utilities Committee and Kansas Senate Utilities Committee.
